Sports personal trainng with The Core 3 is an experiences, created, developed. and mastered by one of the industry’s best. Core 3 brings results through innovation and progressive adaptation of workouts. A total body experince not meant to leave you hurting but to leave you wanting more day after day. With Balance, Coordination, footwork and core strenght we develp the complete athlete. minimum of 2 sessions per week maximum of 5 sessions per week. ( athletes can train up to 2 hours per session for a total of 10 hrs of training per week).
All programs come with Nutrition consultation 1x per week of foot analysis to maximize each individual athletes resuts.

PURCHASING THIS BEGINNER PRODUCT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO 2 CLASSES PER WEEK. BEGINNERS WILL HAVE MODIFIED WORKOUTS BUT WILL WORK WITH ADVANCED PARTICIPANTS AS WELL. All NEW MEMBER WILL HAVE A $25 INITIAL ASSESSMENT FOR FMS AND HEALTH SCREEN
